If your wallet has been muted or banned from DUBX and you believe the action was taken in error, you have the right to submit a formal appeal. All appeals are reviewed by senior moderators. See our Ban Policy for details on offense tiers and enforcement.
How It Works
Step 1Submit Appeal
Connect your banned wallet and fill out the appeal form below. Provide your wallet address, the reason you believe the ban was incorrect, and any supporting evidence.
Step 2Review Queue
Your appeal enters the moderation review queue. Senior moderators or the platform owner will examine the original report, the enforcement action taken, and your appeal statement.
Step 3Investigation
Moderators review the audit trail, on-chain activity, chat logs (if applicable), and any evidence provided. For chain-analysis flags, the funding source is verified.
⚖️
Step 4Decision
You will be notified of the outcome. Possible results: ban upheld (with explanation), ban reduced (downgraded to mute/warning), or ban reversed (full reinstatement).
Guidelines
•
One appeal per ban: You may submit one appeal per enforcement action. Duplicate submissions will not be reviewed.
•
Be honest and specific: Provide factual details about why you believe the action was incorrect. Vague or combative appeals are less likely to succeed.
•
Provide evidence: Screenshots, transaction hashes, or other verifiable information strengthens your case.
•
Response time: Appeals are typically reviewed within 3–7 business days. Complex cases may take longer.
•
Final decisions: The platform owner has final authority on all appeal decisions. Decisions are communicated via the Platform.
