DUBX is a non-custodial, decentralized NFT marketplace. We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Platform:

• •Wallet Address — Your public blockchain address used to connect to the Platform. This is publicly visible on the blockchain.
• •Transaction Data — Records of your on-chain transactions (purchases, sales, offers, transfers) which are publicly available on the HyperPaxeer blockchain.
• •Profile Information — Any display name, avatar, or bio you voluntarily provide for your public profile.
• •Usage Data — Anonymous analytics such as pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Platform.
• •Device Information — Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for compatibility and performance optimization.

DUBX is designed with privacy in mind. We explicitly do NOT collect or store:

• •Private keys or seed phrases — We never have access to your wallet credentials.
• •Personal identity documents — We do not require KYC/identity verification.
• •Email addresses or phone numbers — Unless you voluntarily contact support.
• •Financial information — No bank accounts, credit cards, or traditional payment details.
• •Location tracking — We do not track your physical location.

The information we collect is used to:

• •Display your public profile and transaction history on the Platform.
• •Process and record NFT transactions on the blockchain.
• •Improve Platform performance, features, and user experience.
• •Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, wash trading, or abuse.
• •Communicate Platform updates or changes (if you opt in).

All transactions on DUBX are recorded on the HyperPaxeer blockchain (Chain ID: 125). Blockchain data is public, immutable, and cannot be deleted or modified by DUBX or any party. This includes wallet addresses, transaction amounts, NFT transfers, and smart contract interactions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the permanent and public nature of blockchain data.

DUBX uses browser local storage to save your preferences (theme, pinboard, wallet connection state) for a better experience. We use minimal cookies for essential Platform functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings.

DUBX may integrate with third-party services for blockchain interaction (RPC providers), content delivery, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. DUBX does not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we hold. However, no system is completely secure. Since DUBX is non-custodial, the security of your assets depends on your wallet security practices. We strongly recommend using hardware wallets and never sharing your private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

You have the right to:

• •View all data associated with your wallet address (which is publicly available on-chain).
• •Update or remove your voluntary profile information at any time.
• •Disconnect your wallet and stop using the Platform at any time.
• •Request deletion of any off-chain data we hold (usage analytics, profile info).

DUBX is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
